As a side note, the american quests appear to have a quest book with horizontal art. The European book art is vertical, and also different dimensions.

But Ye Olde Inn has PDF's of all these cards, in both NA and UK format

The American version doesn't use the Les Edwards original, rather a remake. European version is a Green Box and American is purple.
I'd like to compile a detailed comparison between the two versions some day.
Beyond some minor Parchment text differences that mainly concern exit doors, there are some other gameplay differences:
- Quest 1:
No differences worth noting. - Quest 2:

Only the US tomb can destroy Borin's Armor or Orc's Bane. - Quest 3:
Only the NA version has 2 Magical Throwing Daggers which can be gotten from the trapped chest, while the other chest is removed to a seperate room.
Only the NA version places the Spirit Blade in the Tomb if it has been previously lost. - Quest 4:

The EU chests each contain 200 gold coins, while the NA chests each contain 500.
The EU Belathor has 1 Body Point and 4 Mind Points, while the NA version has 3 Body Points and 3 Mind Points. - Quest 6:
The EU version neglects to mention the Heroes start with full Body Points.
The EU version only mentions the Wizard regains his spells. - Quest 7:

The NA version flees if her Body Points have been greatly reduced, and has a Potion of Speed she may use. The NA Kessandria also knows the Chaos spells Lightning Bolt, Tempest, Fear, Sleep, and Cloud of Chaos. Only the NA version correctly states she may open doors as she flees. - Quest 10:
