thanks guys. quite a lengthy process really to do the fireplace. i tried out quite a few techniques ive not tried before with it, i know its not really a great tutorial of sorts but i guess shows all trials and tribulations. i havent had a great deal of time to invest of late so its taken me quite a while to do. hopefully the painted version will be finished in next few days...only got the altar and alchemist bench left to do after that i believe.

I glued a Wolfen Ballista shooter and greenstuffed a wolf-like mane, which came out really beautiful with scrubby strands of hair.
Felt really great.
Then I see that fireplace and wanna cry. Oh well... One step at a time.
