Idea for monsters with flails (4 attack dice):
Divide the attack dice into attacks against more than one adjacent hero.
Example: Barbarian and Wizard are both adjacent to the attacker who first attacks the Wizard with 3 dice (normal defend roll) and then the Barbarian with one die (also normal defend roll).

The flail could also be a weapon available for heroes.

A prototype of a dice tower I might make. Right now it is more than 50 cm high, which is a little too much for standing on a table.
