And more... whew! Not a ton of new stuff, but various things have been pointed out, that I've missed too.
Plastic portcullis in gate mini can lift up.
Ogre Mercenary card (hard to read hire cost or other details).
Wolf card (appears to be ally, might also be usable as monster, see above).
Arena powerup (?) pickup tiles, that are flippable showing a kind of generic hidden image on one side and a potion or shield with number on the other side placed in the corners of the arena.
Mosaic "Eye" room and "Carpet" room were originally back and front of the same tile but now they are split up... and the reverse side is a kind of dreary stone floor with an "X" type symbol perhaps for use in the Arena showing a completed or emptied room (speculation).
Lestodante posted the missing piece of the puzzle, showing the dreary, empty looking reverse side of the sandy "Arena" tile used in these tournaments which we're told take up the first three "quests."
There may not be the exact same number of "Mentalist" (our term for them) purple rimmed cards for Dominate, Mind Blast, and Mind Lock as there were tokens in the original (1990 edition had 5 instances of each of three tokens).
The Treasure, Equipment, and Artifact Cards sitting next to the ATOH cards seem to me for comparison and demoing purposes only (you after all require the Game System to play this!). That will disappoint many who were hoping for new treasures and equipment. But keep in mind that they still have the option, if they run out of card slots, to just have an Alchemist Shop within the quest book WITHOUT having an equipment card for each potion (despite this being in the case in past remake editions, although the Mythic set infamously outstripped that and featured card images for cards that didn't exist). Artifacts can be described in the quest book WITHOUT a physical card (see the "Elven Chainmail" for a modern example). Not every bad guy has to have a card either (look at Sinestra). Quest notes can cover a lot of ground here, even if it's not as pretty. IF they wished they could also release a "day 1 patch" kind of thing, like Frozen Horror got with Into the Northlands and have cards you could print yourself to supplement if desired. The app might have more artwork too. That is not to say they WILL do this (or have to) but it's another option if people were missing out. That said, it's quite possible there will be ZERO new artifacts, treasure, equipment and potions to buy in this one. Of course we do know there are potion tokens. How specifically they work is not entirely clear yet.
The colors of the minis look different under different lighting. A lot of the photos have a kind of yellowish tint. Perhaps the big Ogres are not so much Beige but a more lighter gray (I recall we had similar issues telling the color of the mercenaries in the Frozen Horror which looked dark blue in some shots, or the CGI renders for Rise of the Dread Moon which made the gray figures have a blueish hue or the mercenaries look more purple than burgundy). But the smaller Ogres are most certainly dark gray, like the furniture (or the dread warriors and many other characters in previous remake packs).
Images show the two Druids AND the Wolf on the arena tile at the same time... is this just to make a cool pose or is it allowed in the game mechanics? This would change the idea that the Wolf was meant as the alt form of the Druid (to be fair, no instructions were given for using the red Gargoyle in Prophecy of Telor to represent the demonform of the Warlock).
I am most interested in seeing not only a close look at the Wolf card, but also the Quest book contents... at the very least, someone who has it ought to show the first five pages or so (and the last few pages) to see clearly any specific rule changes. I'd go further and I don't care about being spoiled, I want to see what has changed in each legacy quest from the 1990 original. Can anyone hook me up?
I miss the variable body points and spell tokens, and I find simple gray figures to be boring these days (why not the red and blue of the original? I guess maybe they are worried people will be confused seeing red Ogres when they associate that with a "hero" color, but then we get a merc Ogre that's gray? I guess we had the gray Chaos Warlock in the original that could represent a "good guy" as well)... but so far everything else looks really great. I'm excited for this one which should be releasing in 5 days (or less if you get it early). Yes, the editions from Cannes will be in French, but easily translated with the tools we have today (and with the help of french speaking fans of course!
Great reporting everyone!

Today is the last day of the convention then I hope to see those fan unboxings that spoil us rotten... (remember Zargon can always remix the quest!)
