This is all so awesome. I wish we were getting some furniture other than doors lol but I'm glad they didn't make them cardboard.

And I think I was right that those are female Ogre warriors and not shaman. I will revel in my glory because it will be the only time I am right with HQ speculation haha!

Wow, a bit of sensory overload. The male druid looks like the town drunk from a western movie, I can hear the whistling from his missing teeth already. Everything else looks great. I can’t wait!

No, it's just the monsters right eye, the left is hidden in the shade. Looks like a mummy to me.
I don't know where the speculation is coming from as there are pics everywhere of the box and miniatures
It's obviously a large format one, like FH, MOTM and ROTDM, and there will be seven Ogres.
Three large ones, Lord, Champion and Captain? Forgot it's name now.
Four Ogre Warriors, two each of two sculpt, maybe male and female going on current trends.
Then there will be the other minis, druids, Orc, Goblin and Skelly archers, throne and stone doors.
I'm wondering if these will be two-part to enable you to slide the slab out to leave the door frame in place. Box art shows it looking like top surface of door has a gap
And looks separate.
Oh, and a wolf for some reason?

Look carefully at the left edge of that image I put the arrow up on that Axian pointed out.. we see the "door" part of the portcullis can be slid upward to simulate "opening!" (click to zoom to a larger size image)

The Ogre Commander is one of them... unless that's just a loose translation in French and it will be Ogre Chieftain in English?

One thing I'm not seeing is more dice. Not that I desperately want them or think it's necessary; I just hope they don't pull an overpriced Pulse exclusive set like they did with the Dread Veil dice.

Hey, hello guys.

That looks like a very good expansion!
- Orc and Skeleton Archers!
- Goblins with ranged weapons!
- Very scary Ogres!
- Wolf! Must be for the first 3 quests? (maybe they are solo)
- Mind Lock spell: "The attacker and defender each roll a number of combat dice equal to their mental points. For each unblocked skull obtained by the attacker, the defender remains frozen for one turn. If all skulls are blocked, the spell has no effect." - Brutal! There are at least 10 cards of these spells there, so they abandoned the token system from the original box (good call). The ogre bosses should have multiple cards of the same spell.

Now what will come next? Which hero they will include in Wizards of Zargon? A dedicated spellcaster, I hope. Or maybe they can pimp the box to be the Wizard Quest Pack (that hero needs some exclusive artifacts badly).

And there is hope for the fabled Dwarf Quest Pack in the future.

Avail on/around Mar 1, at select retailers, in select markets. Requires HeroQuest Game System to play, each sold separately.

Mmm there appears to be an extra 3 x 4 room tile there, underneath the 4 x 4 one showing the Magic Eye room? I assume the rooms are double sided like the 92 version?? The 4 x 5 one is showing the stone bridge, the other side of which I expect is the battle room, and the other side of the magic eye room would be the carpet room???

Yeah the images Avalon Hill posted on Instagram (and Twitter/X) are CGI. Thanks for keeping those reports coming! Credit to seekhashem and Jo for the wolf card, too bad we can't read the stats off of it yet...
