Yeah, dropped right off the grid!

I am recalling this half formed memory from ancient times... where somebody was saying "Never Pre-Order, especially from gamestop, there will be delays and you won't get it until after everybody else does... so what's the point?" They were talking about video games, but I guess I forgot that ancient nugget of wisdom.

Yeah I didn't need the minis, I just wanted to support the effort more than anything, and I blame Gamestop, but then where did their supply problems come from?

If it's a supply chain thing, I see that not too long ago Reaper Bones started putting out their "USA" line of minis. Homegrow 'em I say...

The cards are cool but I could see myself tossing them into the "Combat Cards" deck and using these two as Mercs. Already have a male and female Paladin.

You could probably get an alternate mini, paint it and make your own cards in the time it would take for the official one to finally arrive, I hate to admit it.

It's now telling me on my order page that it will be available again Jan 23.

Are the shield/shortsword cards standard Equipment backs matching the remake Game System? Can you post a pic of them standing next to the other heroes for size comparison? Thanks in advance!

Yes they have standard equipment backs. Just adds 2 more shortsword and 2 more shield equipment cards.

Sigh another reason I’ll regret missing out on this expansion (I have two no confidence pre-orders atm) - enough short sword cards for everyone to have one in your party (well unless you go really heavy on them!). And yes I know they are for reference only but it’s nice if everyone can have the cards in hand if they like to.

Yep, January 23rd for me too. So they ran out of stock.

Maybe I can camp outside Best Buy and run past the scalper guy to get a copy before Gamestop ships?

In the grand scheme of things a minor annoyance, but at least they aren't charging my card until next year.

It appears my order is back again, with an "In Progress" status. No mention of a January date, however. So who knows what's really going on.

But yeah, I am pretty confident that they oversold their preorders, and then failed their customer service rolls. The miserable taHqeqpu'.

The irony, of course, being that I jumped on the preorder as soon as it hit the GameStop site, only later (by a day), finding that Entertainment Earth, and the Big Bad Toy Store, were also processing preorders. Thinking that perhaps the "Exclusive" bit was referencing early shipping (like Target sometimes does), I chose not to cancel my GameStop order...*Chuckle*... So in a sense, this is on me.

I didn't have any love for GameStop before this, so none lost I guess.

Thanks! The male knight's hair looks a little more gelled compared to the cgi render. Overall they look pretty cool, though I wish they were wearing helmets.

Is this pack available from anywhere right now? I did not jump on to any pre orders so am free to go wherever if people know where to look!
