Yes, I see you imported almost all the icons but not for pit traps, stairs and more. It would be good to modify HeroScribe and insert US layout, Eur Layout AND 2020 Layout, all 3 selectable.
Anyway I don't see the reason while you put the audio from the 1989 spot in each videos of yours.

Youtube prefers video lengths at a certain range, and Twitch needs a few minutes to start the stream before it registers, so that is my intro on HQ videos/streams.\; and people hate silent videos so the intro and other song gives people something to listen to.

HeroScribe can be edited if anyone has the Oracle software to decompile the class files, but they no longer allow others to host it and have gone missing for years that made it.

I would probably add 2020 as the default, remove the PDF and EPS outputs and just use PNG if i had the ability to do it, but i dont have Oracle account to be able to edit JAVA class files.

Actually if I had my druthers I would just edit it all to make a HeroScribe 2020 version with the new art as default, and the color as a second "region" then remove EPS and PDF, because once you have the board image you can just put it into any program now to create a PDF of your own with advances in software since HeroScribe first came out.

PDF output rules! I wouldn't remove that handy output... (I know, we can just "use the old version"). I tried HeroScribe 2.0 once but once you saved a file, you couldn't go back and edit it again, which was odd, so I went back to the old version.

The scale for the full-color heroscribe is off. And It doesn't quite work as well for me.

But the updates are rather cool!

It was mentioned in the HeroScribe Source thread that the source for HeroScribe is located in the actual download, and that Anderas had a solution for fixing some of the bugs.

That video is scaled for using the output PNG as maps in Fantasy Grounds, the images came be resized down to the original 933 pixel width for the maps and the icons to match. Like how the All-in-one pack has the tiny board at half size with icons in it.

Any image can be resized internally for HS or externally after output. The video just tried to show the level of detail in the "full color" version. The Only thing i didnt like was the "fog" no longer showed on the full color, probably because it assumes a "white" background and the fog is actually Z-layered under the board graphic. But i edited it all to black for finished maps anyway for the actual blocked areas. ;)

Yes i have the HS source files, but i cannot compile then to class files for JAVA to read even if i was to edit them to use DTD6 so the "program" always opens full screen size.

There are online Java .class decompilers that exist on the internet and are open source. Though this discussion probably needs an alternate thread.

Is there an Italian here? I have relatives in Italy who will come to Brazil at the end of the year and I would like to know if there is any safe and cheap way to get the game. I would buy it and ask to deliver it to my sister-in-law's house. She would bring it to me for Christmas.

Unfortunately, at this time the crowdfunding for the English language Haslab release ended in November 6th. The crowdfunding also was not going to be shipped until fall of 2021 at the earliest.

There’s indication that it may be released globally, but we haven’t had any confirmation from Hasbro.
