You may have talked about this earlier I came late to the party... but what do you guys think the odds are on getting the other expansions, and if you think so how.. in another KS or just if it gets a store release.

Joe Manganiello Said he's writing a questbook, and I believe Hasbro said in their Pulse announcement on Friday that it is a 4mil stretch goal.

Yes, but I think they have plans for a lot of content after its release. I think hitting the stretch goals will just determine whether or not we, as backers, get it as part of the $150, or if we then have to buy it retail in the stores. I don't believe they are preparing this content ONLY if we hit the stretch goals. Just my $0.02.02.

New bases are 1" diameters. Whomever is big brained and knows how to compare that to the rectangles of OrigionalQuest can do the rest. :-)

10/10 I will be calling Dread Warriors by their true Chaos Warrior names regardless of what is on the card...

I does not matter that GW owns Fimir. Anything less than a large, one eyed, club tailed, lizard monster was going to disappoint. And surprise surprise, the abominations disappoint.
(Us unreasonable people are going to be unreasonable. :-) )

And finally they 100% are making plans for after release. It wouldn't shock me if Mr. Baker's quest pack is some kind of stand alone release for everyone who didn't preorder pledge.

Yes I saw that too, and I think its awesome to have more stretch goals! That being said 4 Million? Seems like a bit of a...stretch

There must be some legal barrier or shipping constraints preventing them from opening it up to Europe, because it would easily double the backer count. That or Hasboro severely miscalculated the interest for this game overseas. Hopefully there will be an overseas release, or even a tandem backing campaign to coincide with the US version

I am also convinced that the amount of content will be increased ore and more, and this should include the expansions and new expansions as well

There is a good chance that GameZone (The people who did the 25th anniversary RipoffQuest thing) have properly registered the HQ trademark/copyright/whatever in the EU.
It looks like the only thing that dumpster fire has done properly is screw over fans of HeroQuest.

Or Hasbro is stupid/lazy and doesn't care about printing money.

Ummm...I was told there wouldn't be any math. Head hurts...

And I agree with others about missing the fimirs. That part is a bummer for sure.

Thinking about it more but how close can you get to a "Fimir" without being slapped with a copyright notice? Like could they have made "Swamp Cyclops" that has a barbed tail etc.? I guess the abominations are good in that we'll have another moster type, but it would've been cool to see an updated Fimir sculpt

Im pretty sad the Fimir won't be returning, and that the new HeroQuest (HasbroQuest) won't be in the Warhammer Fantasy setting altogether necessitating name changing the Chaos Warriors and other Games Workshop copyrighted content. Still stoked for the rerelease.
Im very excited to see what new material will be eventually released for the line as far as figures and quest story. Im kinda hoping they leave the setting ambiguous so nothing in future quest material conflicts drastically with the old version.
