Oh I didn't think there was really any interest, but I'll look at it now.

I wanted to make a release pack that includes the version of Heroscribe I used and Sjeng's cards that are needed to play. I've had trouble getting hold of the authors to get permission but I guess it's ok to include them. I'm not changing them in any way and they are freely available anyway.

Sjeng is certainly ok with it. He normally gives his permission.

He is best reachable on Boardgamegeek.

The authors of Heroscribe are not reachable. I tried some years.
They emphasize that it is allowed to share though.
You could also add a link to StratosVX signature version, which includes additional content compared to the original.

Thanks but when I view the doc on the web, it looks like the text in each of the "Quest text" descriptions cuts off the last line or so.

This isn't an issue in the actual file. This could be a poor .doc translator being used by the browser. My browser displayed the lines cut off as well.

Also, this looks fantastic Hendar. Well done. You can tell a lot of time and dedication went into this.

Ah, good to know! I'm also not using Microsoft Office (OpenOffice.org) and it doesn't look right there either :( But I still have the PDF.

In my docx editor (LibreOffice) it doesn't cut away the last line of the introduction; but it rather puts quest map on one page and quest text on the next page.

Maybe it's best shared in PDF after all. The docx version has the advantage of being editable, though. I appreciate it and say many thanks for that! |_P

Yeah I wrote it in Office, but I've since switched to LibreOffice as well and it does not display correctly. You would just need to go and fiddle with each page a bit to get it right. I did just release it so that no one else has to every completely re-write the whole book ever again, so for this it should still be useful.

I completely missed this! I've been seeing this book around everywhere for a while and wondered if there was a .doc version that was editable, and it looks like one was added here but no longer available. Does anyone have the doc file version still?
