Prophecy of Telor Artifact Locations

The free (stand alone) quest released by Stephen Baker before the 2021 Remake's release entitled Rogar's Hall (fixed version, official) includes a random Artifact draw (any artifact) which is returned at the end of the quest since it's just a training adventure.

The free online quest by Doug Hopkins know as New Beginnings (2022) includes the Ring of Fortitude (an Artifact included in the remake Game System, and despite rumors to the contrary the "new" slim box design still contains this card).

Is New Beginnings the only quest where the Heroes can find the Ring of Fortitude?

You can also find the Ring of Fortitude for completing “The Prophecy of Telor” quest book in the final quest.

"random spell scrolls" can be found in KK, BQP, and CoPD, so depending upon which
cards you add to the random pile, any could be found in these packs.

* Talisman of Lore can also be found in the Japanese version of HeroQuest, but it is a totally different kind of item, despite bearing the same name and artwork in this edition.

** No official card existed in the Mythic questbooks but were included in the retail versions of Prophecy of Telor (PoT) & Spirit Queen's Torment (SQT). Crypt of Perpetual Darkness was stated to be proprietary and exclusive in all public statements about it since the Haslab campaign so is not expected to re-release (just like the Sir Ragnar Prisoner, Witch Lord and Mentor miniature figures and the CoPD tiles and Venim Dragon figure).

Elixir of Life can also be found in Keller's Keep, I believe it was Quest 7 Eastern Passage.

There's also the case of the Spirit Blade, which can be found in the Game System and (if lost) Return of the Witch Lord.

And if I'm not mistaken the Talisman of Lore can be found in Spirit Queen's Torment, as well as the Game System.
