And we could go on a lot with stuff like this: if you get 2 gems you have a pair of boots! The axe come with a floor... OK I will not continue!
Really, don't give too much importance to the pics, they are there to help our imagination, but the description counts.
Borin's Armour is an artifact, so it is not a normal armour, maybe it is magic or maybe it is made of a special ultra light (but strong) metal.
Artifacts add extra rules in some way, like double attacks against certain monsters, cast 2 spells and so on... In this case it only adds a defense bonus to the wearer.

This is what it all comes down to in my opinion |_P

Found this link on a HQ facebook group.

http://otherworldminiatures.co.uk/shop/ ... NfjOzuvrco

it would come in handy for those of us who wish to have a more 3d orientated environment while playing

I think the card's picture don't matter much. Borin's Armour is still only a body armour, that can be used with a helm.

Hello,

Taking the opportunity of this topic (I hope there isn't another one dedicated to this question) for a side question on Borin's Armor:

I own the EU-French version of the game and on literally every piece of equipment it is mentioned that the piece of equipment is not suited for the Wizard.

Except ... on Borin's Armor card.

I am among those who think that Borin's Armor is intended to be a platemail without movement penalty, but would we consider that it's so special ( * ) that the Wizard can wear it ?

( * ) well, considering the SUPER easy quest in which it is found, maybe it is not that special ;)

I am considering it allowed for the Wizard.

Same for the spirit blade, I guess.

For the super-easy quest where you find it, you can always adapt it :-)

In NA the wizard can't wear Borin's or use the spirit blade. I would think it against the feel of the game based on how they treat the wizard in the game I know.

Sorry, I'm quite new to these boards so maybe my question will look stupid but : what is "NA" ?
