Oh I can agree with that. The 2nd edition of the group I used consisted of a Barbarian, Druid, Elf and Wizard, but the Wizard died in Lair of the Orc Warlord due to a successful Wandering Monster attack. He was replaced by the Rogue. An Elf and Warlock were lost in The Trial.
