I think they should go ahead and just release a generic "Skills deck" for random draw use for the Barbarian and Dwarf (or any other heroes they want). Perhaps they could say every few quests they can increase, like maybe Champions get more.

But one of many things I'd dig seeing.

That's a decent price, but NO pre-order for me... got burned last time. Good to hear the news from Ash's video but still, not feeling like doing it especially without any official public announcement.

Alright, I put in a pre-order. Let's see how this goes.

I also put in a preorder. Decent price even with shipping to the USA. I’ll be on vacation in Europe for the days that GenCon falls on, so I’m a little concerned that they will announce it there and open preorders at the same time. I’d like to get the figure as early as possible, after waiting for so long for the Guardian Knights. At least I can rest easy knowing I have an EARLY preorder even if it’s shipping from Canada.

I’ll probably place a second “backup” order with a US retailer (anywhere but GameStop) when they start appearing but if it’s during GenCon, I may be a few days after the masses order on that second order.

If the daggers are their only weapon

The models have what looks to be a short sword as well, so the possibly infinite dagger-throwing looks to be in addition to that.

I wouldn't rely on what the models show, after all past precedent...

Dwarf model holds an axe, Wizard model holds a staff, Barbarian model holds a two-handed sword, Druid carries a staff, and the Knight wears scale armor. Yet none of those correspond to the actual starting gear of those characters.

You could say the past precedent is that the packs have included extra cards for their starting gear, but that's not 100% either. There aren't extra copies of the shortsword despite two heroes starting with them (but there are extra copies of other pieces of equipment in the game system).
