Surprisingly the following situation never happened until recently: the Warlock in Demonform drew a Hazard from the Treasure Deck. However, the Hazard was a pit trap. Yet while in Demonform the Warlock simply ignores pit traps. So... No damage?

Though technically a hazard (a deep hole) and pit trap (a pit) are separate occurrences, I'd judge as Zargon that the flying effect of demonform would be equally effective against both falls. I feel spirit of the game trumps RAW here--let the hero shine! Then corner and kill her without mercy.

Rise of the Dread Moon specifically says that the Wizard doesn't need a reagent kit to craft potions. Given that the Warlock is limited to the same equipment as the Wizard, would anyone extend this crafting ability to the Warlock as well?

For clarity:
Rise of the Dread Moon, p. 2 wrote:Reagent Kit
Cost: 400 gold coins
Use this item as an action on your turn to transform one reagent into one or more potion(s) listed on that reagent’s card. You must be tanding adjacent to an Alchemist’s Bench to use this item. The Wizard does not need the Reagent Kit to craft a potion. After the Reagent Kit has been used 5 times, it is lost.
See Craft Potions on page 9 for more.

Rise of the Dread Moon, p. 9 wrote:Between quests or while adjacent to an Alchemist’s Bench,
the Wizard may transform a reagent into one of the
potions listed on that reagent card (some reagents can
be made into different kinds of potions, or more than one
potion). Using a Reagent Kit allows any hero adjacent to
an Alchemist’s Bench to craft potions from reagents. The
Wizard does not need a Reagent Kit to craft potions.

Warlock Hero card wrote:. . . Counts as Wizard hero for the purposes of which weapons, artifacts, & equipment they can use.

I'd be inclined to approach this with RAW, so for me not needing a reagent kit is an ability for the Wizard only and not any hero (the Warlock). The part on the Warlock hero card applies to equipment (reagent kit) they can use, not bypass.

I can see your point about ambiguity of rules here, so there's enough room for Zargon to play either way, however.
