Apparently its impossible to make an inquiry about defective parts. Going on the website and selecting various consumer care options just sends you in a circle. Its similar to a state government website: you go to the website, it tells you to call a number for details. You call the number and it tells you to go to the website for details.

I eventually got to a point where the site asked me to sign in, but it won’t let me sign in using my hasbropulse information. I signed into pulse and selected customer care from there, but I was sent to the same page asking me to sign in again and it still doesn’t work.

Isn't that how a circular definition works? I am not surprised by this at all.

As someone who just so happens to know a thing or two about the handling of complaints...

You can send a direct email (and they WILL respond if you use the right trigger language for an urgent, escalated complaint; and I don't mean the use of profanity!) and/or call their customer support line. I have done both before and eventually got through to someone who responded.

That is the same page that won’t let me sign in. It doesn’t give me an email, but asks me to sign in, but it doesn’t work. Maybe I have to make a new account with a username just to send them an email.

*I do use a phone browser, and not a computer, so its possible that might have something to do with the issues I am having.

Make sure you have selected the right country and try with ad blocker off. I am on a desktop pc.

So I made a second free account with hasbro using the links in the customer support portion of the site, and was finally able to email them. I don’t know if these accounts are strictly for customer service purposes, or if you can use it to buy stuff from the regular hasbro site (and not the pulse sight?), I really don’t know. I logged into my Pulse account to get the purchase date of my order so I could give them the most information possible. I also took pictures of the worst dice up close as well as a group picture of all of them. I have had plenty of translucent dice from playing D&D and such, and never seen anything like this.

So I will let you know what happens if I get a response.

A random thought occurred to me recently about the raptors in this expansion. The animal ally raptor and the monster raptor are essentially identical, except the monster has 3 attack dice and 2 body points, while the animal ally has those two numbers reversed. While I can imagine some possible reasons for the stat swap, has anybody seen a confirmation from Doug Hopkins or somebody else at AH that this was actually intentional and not some kind of error?

Regarding monsters with the Spawn ability, the rules say "Take the movement of all active Spawnlings of its type."

I assume this means the Serpent activates the serpent spawnlings and the Blightcrawler activates the blightcrawler spawnlings, but there is nothing to activate the Giant Centipede Spawnlings? But I note that the centipedes seem to always appear in rooms with Abominations. I wonder if it was the intention for Abominations in the Jungles of Delthrak to be able to spawn and activate the centipedes?

Doubt it was their intention (though it sounds cool). If a spawnling spawns but not from a specific monster, or just exists in the room then I'd just move them on their own as their own character.
