I've also made up spells for elementals, for all four schools of elementalism.
So I will give them a spell scroll to let the caster summon the relevant elemental (air, earth, water or fire) as their special item they need to find in each tower.
It's more well suited to the magical theme of the quest as well.
It will be a big bonus for a Spellcaster being able to summon each of the elementals once, plus it's an excuse for me to use my painted elemental miniatures as well!

ABNB did a nice rundown of his thoughts on Spirit Queen here:

So was this based at all on the old Hero Quest? Doesn’t seem so. Was wondering what the deal with the lesbian widow is with Silvana & her ghost lover Nelath? There seems to be no romance of any kind in the rest of the series, so it is another out of character concept I don’t understand why it’s necessary to input into our Hero Quest game. Along with the non-troversey of bad guy orcs & making an orc a bard of all things, seems this was an attempt sort of what they were doing to D&D. Like Baldur’s Gate 3 with its weird les “romance” that was way too in your face, & they banned the account that tried to make a mod to get rid of it. Used to be in every TRPG rulebook they say not to inject things the players haven’t agreed is right or comfortable, yet now they want to force weird stuff in our faces & ban whoever wants to not have it. Hopefully the next release of a druid makes more sense than an Asian-looking woman. With the new Google AI, we’re living in a weird time.

No it's not based on old Heroquest.
At all!
I don't know where you're getting the lesbian stuff either, it's just her apprentice.
I'm with you with the good Orcs though.
Hate it!

Modern Heroquest is as different from Old than Modern D&D ia from modern one. Its q bit frustating for us, oldschoolers. The orc bard was a spit in the face, the good orcs... Nonsense! HQ Orcs were bloodthursty warlike monsters just inord of the Rings, now they were good but cursed and they can be good! In the Knight video we can see orc knights (male and female) in the background.

I just use everything but change whatever I dont like. I habe a human bard miniature and thats going to be my bard and orcs are still... EVIL.

A lot of major corporations have gone Woke, apparently so has Hasbro, subtly at first with degendering Mr. & Mrs. Potatohead. By looking at the pictures of the D&Dists they got to write these quest books and create the new characters, some of them just... Well... look woke. Just like Disney subtly included 2 females kissing in a Star Wars movie, Hasbro's new iteration of Hero Quest includes this ideology on a minute level. Orcs might find it offensive that they're always the bad guys, but now we have an orc hero that just happens to be a Bard, and Spirit Queen's Torment puts them in a brighter light, as apparently there were some secrets too powerful to keep hidden from Zargon (Drowned Temple) and that there are Orc spies in service to the Kingdom (formerly Empire).
I'm sure you can tell that the Elf and Dwarf characters are becoming the odd men out. As they are the only race-based characters. The newer heroes: Knight, Rogue, Bard, Warlock, Druid and Monk are all classes much like the Barbarian and Wizard, but they made sure to make them diverse with an Orc Bard, Elven Rogue, Halfling Warlock and now Dwarven Druid.

I think the original concept of orcs were for intelligent and evil creatures that rival humans for mideaval fantasy., but at the same time eliminates the element of murder. With two sides to every conflict, killing another human may not necessarily be justified, but by replacing them with orcs you're killing something inherently evil, thus clearing your conscience.
But now we have male and female orcs and goblins which implies that they can have families too. So this concept is changing too with time.

It's ridiculous. There shouldn't be any genders with orcs. They reproduce with spores, even Tolkien understood that!!
Just give me the Fimirs back, but re write their method of reproduction!!!!!!!

When my mate was last round to play a few games, I said to him I have some new Heros you can use.
He mildly interested in the Rogue, loved my Homebrewed Battle Mage, then he noticed the Bard.
Wtf is that was his response.
I told him.
His response.
Never insult my eyes again with that abomination!!!!
My response.
AHH, Abominations. I have them now as well!!!!!
