When you click into order details you'll see it say "release date: 2/10/21"

Oh wait, it actually does say feb of 2021. That it really really weird. Fingers crossed but this makes no sense.

I hope everyone who wanted this gets a chance to buy it at retail prices, don't get me wrong. But if they are taking new orders before they are able to fulfill the ones they've already said they would fulfill, that doesn't sound like a good customer experience. A few people got theirs not just the "reviewers." So we know what the final contents look like at least.

To what you said above about February, that's strange. Mine looks like this:

Wow, it's objectively different than mine. I assume you, like me, "pre-ordered" back in November? And is that what you see on a mobile App? Mine is grabbed from my browser...

Out of curiosity I clicked on the gamestop website as if I were looking at the product and it said "currently unavailable" in red text.

So they're not keeping their website up to date, but are keeping their mobile app up to date... not good. How lazy are they?
I may not have done web development for a long time, but I thought it was a simple matter to just have a template for your "mobile" vs. "non-mobile" versions of your website so the content is synchronized, regardless of platform or device used to access it.

So we can probably expect it's delayed another month (3 weeks until "release" plus another week for delivery).

Gamestop sucks!

I was on hold with Hasbro Pulse customer service for 30 mins, talked to a rep for 20 mins... he confirmed that the four "pulse bonus" (gender swap) heroes are not available from any retail source, including Hasbro Pulse website. He doesn't know if or when they will be available and can't give me an answer on that.

I did have to explain to him that I wasn't some collector complaining that HeroQuest should NOT be in retail or that I was AFRAID somehow the "exclusives" would find it into the hands of the unwashed masses who didn't back the pledge campaign. Rather, that I wished an end to exclusives and that these would be found in retail someday.

My straight up question was whether the retail version would come with any bonuses IF purchased through hasbro pulse, but the answer is NO. So however you can buy HeroQuest now is how you buy it, no further clarifications necessary. And the only way to get any Mythic Tier content (unlocks, exclusives, "pulse bonus") is through third party re-sellers.

If I didn't have a stream to run, maybe I'd call GameStop next about those knights...

Was that a knock at me? That’s not very productive if it is. It’s also not productive to post that in this thread only to say you didn’t ask about the knights, which we are all waiting on.

Heck no buddy, I've respected you from day one and still do, just respectfully disagree on that one thing. Sorry if it came across as a personal dig, it wasn't I assure you. But I know there IS a widespread view among collectors that they should get special treatment as a reward for their support and early adopter attitude. I understand it, I just disagree with it.

So no offense intended, sorry for the misunderstanding. I'm passionate about it but not meant at the expense of anybody else.

I mentioned it because apparently it is a widespread opinion that pledgers deserve more exclusives and the agent at first thought that was what I was calling to complain about (which I wasn't). I praised the retail release and said if it were up to me that's how it would always be, even if it's an unpopular opinion with their usual customer base. And he knew right away from my customer record that I was a Mythic buyer. That the Knight thing wasn't an exclusive was fine by me.

My NEXT quest is to ask Gamestop what's up with the Knights, I just had to take a break because it was time to stream. I'm done with that now, so back on hold...
