Amazon US is listing SQT/PoT as releasing on January 15th (or 16th). Path of the Wandering Monk should arrive by Dec 14-17 if you ordered from there.

Quest 10 - The Tower of Earth doesn't have anything in place if the Heroes are already in possession of Borin's Armour. This is found in the base game so seems like a daft oversight. What you have guys done to work around this?

Make up another artifact that they have to find instead during the quest.
An easy option is a gem, medallion or talisman, give it an earthy sounding name, make up some feature it bestows on finder, (extra BP, or extra re roll on defense rolls) and job done.
I hate it when they write finding old pre found artifacts into new quests, very lazy writing.

Perhaps Borin made another set? I would take it anytime they don't say "if you don't already have it..." to mean this is another opportunity to get it (doesn't mean the stock is limited by cards, Zargon makes the call!).

My Wandering Monk (from Amazon.com, regular price from Amazon itself, "ordered" Dec 2nd) is expected to deliver today.

I'd just replace it with a regular set of armour. Still worth a bit of coinage even if it makes you a bit slow.
