Thoughts on the New Druid Hero?

So I played RotDM with Knight and Rogue, for example and surely I'll play PoT with the Warlock and JoD with Berzy and Explorer

Yes, I've done this too. I've played through the game system with random heroes, drawing 4 for every quest so they each get a piece of the loot for completing quests so they can buy minimum equipment or get their hands on a few artifacts, so you don't have all heroes maxed out. It'll make all the other quests more challenging.

Then use 4 random to run through all of Keller's Keep, another 4 all for Prophecy of Telor, 4 others in Spirit Queen's Torment, etc. hopefully by the time you complete Return of the Witch Lord they'll be maxed out and prepared for Against the Ogre Hoard.

Frozen Horror and Mage of the Mirror I'd run through with 5 heroes.
It's fun seeing how a variety of heroes interact with each other.

The Druid loses Shapeshift whenever she takes damage, but it doesn't quite specify what type of damage. Would losing Mind Points qualify?
It doesn't seem to be problematic as she still has full body points and can simply recast the spell.

This spell has suffered through a lot of misunderstandings over the precise wording on the cards, perhaps more than any other new element added by Avalon Hill, but I'm confident on answering this one:

I see what you mean in the ATOH version they attempted to make it more clear, but might appear more vague.


But given the history, it's referring to Body Points (being taken away from damage, being restored, spell regained). I would focus on "amount" (doesn't mean "type").
