It certainly is top heavy so if bumped it goes over, but it doesn't have any stability problems that I have seen, stands on it's own just fine. BUT, it is tall so players moving pieces are bound to snag a shirt sleeve on it and cause a swath of destruction similar to the fallen giant game mechanic in Warhammer

A top heavy mini sucks. My normal fix for such mini's is to glue a large lotto scratch coin on the bottom. But I am not altering this set. I will just press one of my D&D mini's into service come dragon fight time. I got a nice small red dragon that will fit perfect.

If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

is the rear of the tavern tile the final room? It seems like a hall with a pool or maybe is an altar?
It seems like everyone who did photos or unboxing videos didn't notice them at all...

How many scenarios actually involve the dragon? Is it one of those "only at the end" boss types?

That's one fancy welcome mat...

Yeah the Lazarus Pit that Ra's al Ghul uses for his eternal youth isn't something I'd seen up close before, great to see it finally!
