Several options exist. Various websites like MakePlayingCards.com exist for instance.

That looks like a possible solution. I'll play with it when I get some time and see whether I can get it to work with Odanan's images. Thanks.

This card game caught my attention right away! There's something special about diving into a new card game adventure. And let me tell you, solo play has been a game-changer for me. Last summer, I embarked on a train journey with nothing but time on my hands. That's when I stumbled upon solitaire gaming, and boy, was I hooked! It kept me entertained and totally engaged throughout the ride.

Edited by HispaZargon: due to topic similarity, all posts from new thread "Cardgame" have been moved to this older thread. Post subjects have been re-titled accordingly.

Hi im looking for the manual with the rules to heroquest the card game. Does anyone here have a pdf or scan? Have been searching everywhere.

About this rare card game, I would like to share with you the following, since I checked I didn't before in the Inn:

Just before summer 2023 I performed a full revision of the card game and I concluded it is not generally a bad game, but it of course has some problems.

First problem I saw is we probably expected to feel a lighter version of a HeroQuest game, but it was not, so using the term "HeroQuest" dissapointed many of us. The game even used some thematical terms differently than the board game, which looked even more wierd for traditional HeroQuest fans, like defining some elemental spells as chaos ones and vice versa. Additionally, other big problem I think the game has are the Instructions. In my opinion they are really bad described and edited. They are so vaguely written, and I even think they have missing full paragraphs to explain some terms of the game.

But despite all this, with just a few extra clarifications between players of how to interpret the rules correctly, I think the game can have a chance in any tabletop as a filler game, or even as a travel game, sure.

Moreover, if you would like to play the game in a better manner, more respectful with the HeroQuest game theme, etc. I strongly recommend including these homebrew -I think- balanced modifications I defined at that time to just three of the Dungeon game cards (I even consider the original cards as a complete errata which should be corrected in this manner |_P ):

    - Rust: It is originally a 'good' yellow card, but to thematically fit with the board game Chaos spell, I suggest converting it to a 'bad' red card with 1 Skull damage, and changing the card rule to "Discard one active Aid card when playing this card".

    - Fire of Wrath: It is originally a 'bad' red card with 2 Skulls damage, but to thematically fit with the board game Fire spell, I suggest converting it to a 'good' yellow card, removing the Skull icons, and changing the card rule to "Discard one active Dungeon card when playing this card".

    - Lighning Bolt: It is originally a 'bad' red card with 1 Skull damage, but to balance the nerfing I have suggested for the Fire of Wrath original card, and thematically fit with the board game Chaos spell and the rest of 'bad' Dungeon cards wording, I suggest giving this card 2 Skulls damage instead of 1 Skull and adding the rule text "Remove one active Dungeon card when playing this card".

The Spain's Community of HeroQuest fans took back in the day my revision as basis to organize a Conjunta (puntual cooperative printing of fanmade stuff), which you can see on this old video in La Guarida de Morcar (Alternative card game starting at minute 15:00, approx.). YouTube channel El Absurdeta also made a great full review on this video. I called my corrected version of the game as "Modo Corregido", as shown in those videos.
