I remember having a dollhouse together with my sister as a kid. The furniture was extremely primitive (not a problem for playing with it).
Then, sometime in my teens, dollhouse furniture suddenly became an adult hobby and companies started to produce highly detailed do it yourself kits of beautiful period furniture. I liked it very much, loving good models my whole live, but did not get into it and never buyed any of it.
It was a short hype, but it left behind a smaller, but lasting industrie. I wonder how it has developed today, with laser cutting and 3D printing.

But I don't think you will find dollhouse accessoires in HQ scale. It is still made basically for child's play, and the adult versions at least pretend they could be used for this.
Fantasy miniatures are much too small for children to play. Well, perhaps as "small soldiers", but not to play "family life" in a dollhouse. Did you know that the scale of Playmobil figures was found by testing many various sizes by letting children play with them. 3 inches was found the perfect size to fit their hands, and encouraged them to the most creative play.
Have a look ;)

Pity...
I was thinking some of the stuff I was seeing on eBay would look extra cool in some of the scenarios my heroes get into. They tend to stay in nice hotels and boarding houses. Sometimes they get into fights when trouble tracks them down. What better furniture than the types of furniture one would find in such situations?

Then there are the bulk treasure rooms with expensive furnishings....

If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

I just did an Ebay search for dollhouse accessoires.
Seems the standard dollhouse scale is 1:12.
Fantasy miniature "heroic" 30mm scale translates to roughly 1:60.
So, pitily, it's absolutely incompatible.
But perhaps you found a market niche for miniature producers...
Have a look ;)

Maybe the LEGO princess and witches range; or LEGO Friends, would fit.... at least in terms of size.

Dollhouse furniture is somewhat flimsy. It might work for a Halfling home's furnishings but that is about it. I got some stuff some years back, but I wasn't too happy with it. I'll post some photos.

Yesterday I came across THIS SITE, in which the following scales are listed:

1 Inch (1:12)
½ Inch (1:24)
¼ Inch (1:48)

I don't know if those are accurate, or even if there is really an industry standard, but there is a certain logic to it. I stumbled across the site by accident while looking for "Printies" for basing and the like (Yeah, like I'm ever going to get back into that...*Chuckle*...), but still, this years Christmas exchange did, almost, motivate me to think about jumping back in.
maj! = Klingon word for "Good". Used in the context of "I approve".

What scale are those pieces? They seem fairly close.
