WOW!
Hats off. That is a really nice looking board.
So...how much does it weigh?
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

I'd go over the tiles with dozens of washes, but damn, that's a nice board alright.

Actually I'd estimate about 6 or 7 Lbs a side, so not too bad. It's just particle board, used as a base for cement flooring, I didn't use any actual cement! ;)
It's like a new pair of underwear; at first it's constrictive, but after a while it becomes a part of you. I have to go...

That furniture is looking sweet, too. The set is promising--keep up the good work.

I see you've since posted your house rules and more cards. Will starting traits noted on certain Hero cards be included under the Hero progression rules, or will they have their own cards?

I really like the Equipment Cards--they look great! The potion cards also are well done.

Thanks Daedalus to have made me aware -

The cards are looking really really great!
I must confess i am awed by how different the people react on Heroquest. First thing i did, was inventing rules to fix what i perceive as holes in the system, while staying as close as possible to the original artwork.
Others, like Showdown, focus on the artwork and have only very minor tweaks in the rules. Just wow!
