Latrine tiles

Anyone have any bathroom tiles that have a toilet and a tub or shower area?

No, but I can do this. Seems however a relativeloy modern concept to me.
A wooden tub perhaps, and a pit toilet. But a shower? how should it look in the HQ world?

It would be a magical shower with a drain that goes to a teleporter that takes the grey water to the sea.
