Goblin-King All I can say is Awesome! I love seeing homemade items people use, and those two items are thumbs up. A new color for a fimir (brown) kind of like it, and understand how gold and many other colors just dont look as good via a picture. Love the gargoyle also, the color combos are nice, looks like the sword color blends nicely too.

Picking jaw off floor* I too enjoyed the new pitures, the sphere effect in the jewel on the fimir is astounding. I also really like the Gate totally sinister looking.

The glow around the edge of the portal door and on the ground in front is fantastic. It actually looks like its glowing. You have great painting skills.

What is your homemade ooze created from? Green stuff and various model bits? I would love to have a set of them.

Thanks all.

drathe: Yes green stuff and bits. It's * relatively* easy to make.

1) Make a GS blob a little smaller than what you actually want it to be.
2) Stick the bits into the blob. Bones, weapons, armor... anything goes. Let it harden.
3) Roll small balls in various sizes for eyes. Let them harden.
4) Attach small blobs of GS everywhere.
5) Use a pinhead or sculpting tool to shape the blobs in a downward manner. (it's "oozing")
6) Pop in the eyes.
7) Done.

Or do it your own way... It's an ooze... It can't go wrong :-)

The lighteffects around the portal are great! The jewels on the Fimir have an outstanding deepness and glowing.

I were never really satisfied with the photos, so I finally got around to taking some new ones.
I also added a couple of new figs. Namely the two types of statues found in the official quests.

A true artist! Can't look more than two seconds on the orc statue cause I think it's staring at me.

Very good stuff. Too much ink-washing on a few of them, however. Your freehand work looks excellent. You should repaint all the metallic-colored portions with non-metallic freehand so that there is better style-continuity.

That's because it does. Seriously, G-K, perfect work.
