The scale is based on how many of their own heads' tall they are. Traditional Citadel elves & humans are five heads' tall--their dwarves are three heads' tall and at 30mm, 30mm and 25mm tall, respectively.

This guy looks about the right height.

i am going to do the elf. i just dont have a good pose for him that im satisfied with yet. i threw together an armature of him sort or creepining with a slight sinister smirk on his face. i view elves as arrogant and sort of overconfident. so the feel i wanted was a "yes i am going to sneak around this corner and kill every orc thats down there" however the vibe just wasnt flowing great. i shall be restarting him as im just not liking it at the moment.

maybe, when i sculpted the dwarf it was sculpted for personal use as part of my platinum personal heroquest collection . however people liked him and wanted him. im not actually a sculptor. so making stuff available for 'purchase' was never my goal. i guess we shall see.

haha yeah. originally i was going to sculpt a fireball coming out of his hand. but i decided against it purely based on this same reason. i want people to have their own reasons to why he is like that. sculpting a fireball coming out of his hand would very much be a fullstop of "ok hes casting a fireball" where as now he could be about to cast anything. or as you say squeeling "dont hit me in the face!!!" lol

yeah that was the plan. ive sculpted the face already. its just the pose. the creeping pose then sort of blended to a 'hmm maybe if i just put him in a static pose standing up straight in a sort of heroic smug pose' then you start exploring further possibilities to the point where you lose the plot and no longer have a favourite choice lol

that is good news!! And as Amp hasn't replied negatively to the Barbarian question, I still have hopes all 3 other heroes will find their way to Thantos's shop, and be distributed to Ye Olde Inn members as well ^^

If so, I'm willing to wait for all 4 to be finished, plus bases, so I can order them all at once. How cool would it be to receive 4 new heroes plus bases and doors! Totally awesome!!!
