When printing paper mini's do you coat them with anything like clear varnish?

I believe photo paper is the way to go. You get a glossy finish that is much sharper. It's a bit of an investment, but if you plan to do a lot of models it may be worth it. There's paper terrain and buildings to print as well, and if you must you could always do family portraits.
