nice, did you paint them yourself?

And you have a map underneath the game tiles too!?!? Self made? or did that also come with the German version??? Makes me wonder why only the german version has so much coolness... I only have the tiles and 6 pawns and 4 plastic artifacts.

Wait a minute, I got this game too. :) In finnish! That lion with wings could be used on heroquest, Son of the Dragon for example.

I recently thrifted a copy of U-build Monopoly which comes with six plastic "city dweller" miniatures to use as movers and immediately thought they might make good wooden pawn replacements for Forbidden Island. Four of them match the colors perfectly and perhaps the other two could be painted gray and black. Their specific activities don't exactly match their descriptions, but I still think it could work.

The Pilot, Engineer and Navigator:

I'd paint them and colour the bases, in this manner:

blue chick: explorer (has map)
red chick: pilot (arrow going up)
yellow dude: engineer (has wrench)
grey dude: navigator (theodolite might be a spyglass)
green chick: diver (has goggles)
orange dude: messenger

I bought this game and love it.
Yep, I'm totally mad about these online games! I like them really much. I guess it's a perfect time to find info about mfortune app. Maybe my friend will meet me there.
