Hahaha, yeah, that one was too close to the character in the movie. Apparently, they don't care or they rather like being in Zcide. Who wouldn't?

PS: if you need carrying cases with foam for Zcide, OR good foam inserts for the original boxes, check this!

I mean I would LOVE to have alot of those figs....but - is this like not a blip on the radar so far??

I think in many cases they are flying under the radar. But I know there have been a few examples where they did have to change the images a little bit for legal reasons... The Bride (Kill Bill), Jules (Pulp Fiction), And I believe Val Kilmer's character from Heat? All of which is suposition on the part of fans who track the art changes, but I know from what I have seen the above examples went from looking a lot like the original characters to resmebling them instead.

So, the short answer seems to be; The good folks of Z-Cide do seem to walk a fine line.

Not crazy for that kind of art.

Z-Cide: BP... Awesome!

I'll definitely look at checking out the Kickstarter campaign when it goes up (May?).

And, Z-Cide tiles are pretty cool, so a Medieval town that's as modular as the modern city street are? Oh yeah, these could see use in a variety of other games including future HQ I'm thinking.
