Advancement 2021 update

Hi there, I'm a bit confused as to how characters increase their stats between quests. Obviously buying equipment can raise the base stats but how might you increase your body points for example? Is there any advancement that occurs each quest to raise the wizard for example from 4 body points?

Hi, in American & European editions of the game, the only official way to increase basic stats is by means of some artifacts, most of them included in expansions. The only HeroQuest edition that officially defined leveling up rules for the heroes without artifacts was the Japanese one (more info here).
