Edit: Updated with clarification on 'how many pieces of the scroll the heroes are looking for...'. Added two secret doors to assist heroes exiting the quest.

I have to say I love the structure of the map which offers several path choices and some of them are just alternatives that lead to the same end. Well done!
I didn't understand if this is a single quest of there will be more, I can find only two pieces of the formula now, there will be some more?
When the Heroes come back to Mentor he will say the scroll/formula is still incomplete and they need to find a third or fourth piece!

This was designed as a “single quest” of reasonable difficulty.

But adding a (long term) requirement to find more pieces in other quests for Mentor sounds like it could be fun!

Do you think that adding wording in the journal to indicate that they are looking for two pieces would help the hero players? Or add wording about “top half of the scroll” and “bottom half of the scroll”?

Yes definitely. I was a little confused just from reading the existing notes.

Note B. “...I have cut the scroll in half and hid the pieces...

Once the Heroes find the journal entry they will know how many pieces to find.

Sounds good to me.

Oftkilted, storywise did you intend the statue versions of the Fimir and gargoyle to be powered by the immortality research, or are they just magical guardians for the quest goals?

Storywise the 'immortality' was a twisted version of living eternally as a 'shadow life' of being turned into stone as a 'quasi-golem'. Subverting life back to the dust from which they came 'dust to dust'. Where the previously living creature was being forced into a shadow of living as a 'now immortal statue'.

Day 25 The dread Scroll of Immortality is mine! I have split the scroll in half and hidden the pieces, each guarded by my first test subjects...

Updated the quest with the suggestions, thanks to everyone for your help!

Unspecified so … I assume it was marked a trap in error. If you want there to be a trap, call it a poison needle, 1BP.
<InSpectreRetro> All hail Zargon!!! Morcar only has 1BP.
