Quest 5 and we're already in the Japanese Barak Tor and waking up the Witch Lord!! It looks like the Japanese have developed a slightly more coherent story than we are used to.

This is very true. Each quest builds on the last, plot-wise, like a JRPG (Japanese Role Playing Game).

Great work bastianbux, but I think there may be a few errors in quest 5. The door out of the room with the spiral staircase, and there doesn't seem to be a way to get from the rooms in the top left corner to the passageway around the center room and the rooms with the undead & gargoyle in

Thanks for pointing out those errors! I'll get those fixed later today and re-uploaded.

About the map: I'm not sure that it's tagged-on. The text in the quests follow it diligently. I really think that the Japanese team didn't bother translating NA/EU HeroQuest and just sort of guessed at what the quests and such were about and that's why they wrote their own, some of which are strikingly similar, but most of which have nothing in common with their NA/EU counterparts. And they invented a LOT of mechanics (leveling up system) that have no basis in the original regions.

Are you going to translate the artifact cards too? I noticed there are a couple of new ones.
Are artifacts even included in the quests? There haven't been any this far? (Or did I miss them?)
