This article is the most technical I've found. The card cutter seems to be the key, but the cost is probably prohibitive.

This is why I took a few hours of my time to make the cards on business cards. I wish I had kept the files but they were taking up space and I figured that by the time I need new cards printed in many years the tech available will be further along and I will make even better cards.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

All of these printing suggestions and links are most helpful. Thanks, everyone! I'm planning on having a bunch of cards professionally printed because I'd love to have them all match as much as possible.
