Puzzled

Postby drathe » April 4th, 2009, 8:21 pm

I finally decided to complete my two HeroQuest puzzles. I purchased them used, but one was stated as complete (Kellar's Keep), whereas the other was stated as unknown (Return of the Witch Lord). The seller never 'tried' to complete the puzzle. :? I took this as a 'missing pieces, but don't want to admit it or it'll never sell' scenario. It was dirt cheap so I took the chance.

Turns out I had the right assumption, as the 'unknown' puzzle was missing one piece. :( The other is like new. I'd turn it into a poster, but that would destroy the puzzle.

mh if you can tell me exactly wich pice is missing i coud make a scan from mine and send it to you. then you just have to print it out and you could at least finish your puzzle.

I gave it to my sister to use for a craft project. I already have a complete Witch Lord Puzzle. Thank you.

I have a piece missing in my Kellers Keep jigsaw. Which is in a way to be expected. I picked it up from a carboot for £2.50!

I would be interested in someone being able to scan my missing piece if the offer stands for all? I will check through and find which one it is. This may take me some time to check! |_P

A scan of a puzzle piece will likely not work, as I'm sure the cutter wasn't exactly aligned for every puzzle it cut.

It would be very difficult anyway to make a copy of the tile precise enough to fit. I would suggest to scan it with a few surrounding tiles, so Jaguar can place the print behind the hole.
Have a look ;)

Why don't you people just print the area with the missing piece from a non puzzled jpeg of the picture?

Hi
I have also a puzzle with a missing piece.
It is the witch lord and the part is the 4th piece of the right side frame from the lower corner.
Could anyone help me out?

Thank you.

Regards from Germany...

What are you searching for?
The original missing piece or help to replace with a "home made" one?
