I can't even begin to explain how good it tastes.
and the fact it is not a regular thing makes it even better.

that's the best about it! the fact that those disgusting stuff taste so good.

I feel I can also share a tip to make a great kokoretsi.
As you can possibly imagine, intestines are filthy. You are supposed to clean them first by running water through them.
You have to clean them a little bit, sure, but after a while, the more you clean it, the less tasteful the kokoretsi becomes.
So if you ever come to the hard task of cleaning intestines just run water through them only once.
Most people do it 3-4 times but we are talking about metres of intestines so why even bother a second time?
