Who makes the best Chaos Dwarves for compatibility with HQ? Compatible as in size appropriate and just plain ol' looks good as well.

I don't recommend Mantic Abyssal Dwarfs. Hard to mod, metal chaos parts to go on plastic regular dwarfs. Don't. Get. Those.

Some of the Scibor ones look nice. Now I gotta convert euros to dollars to see prices. Haha

I ended up getting the old Warhammer metal ones. No modding required. Size is right and I like the simple look of them.

The classic Warhammer models are awesome. Not the Mesopotamian inspired later chaos dwarfs (Though in time I've come to appreciate them), but the original ones that were literally just chaos warriors, but dwarfs.
They had so much character!

While Chaos Dwarves should always have the big pillar hat, the Dwarf Trollslayer from the Warhammer Quest expansion pack (big mohawk, eyepatch, giant axe on shoulder) could act as a foot-soldier to them (If the Chaos Dwarf with the hat is an occult priest, then there'd be lesser members who are loyal to chaos, but just act as muscle rather than using the magics and knowledge needed for rituals).
