Treasure Horde? Or Trap? Bought this collection.

And well. I stuck a ton of pics of everything in my blog. Im not too sure if i have done good with this Lord of the Rings collection purchase or not. I mean, alot of the weapons from the miniatures are broken and were not with the box. All wargs and riders in the collection were all broken from the stands also. Notable stuff is the case itself and the metal miniatures which are fine, can be sorted easily. 3 unique metal beasts are also in here which i am not sure what they are.. here is the link to the post i did.

I think that was a good buy itll take some work but you should be able to make money on this if you want by breaking it into army groups and selling it in lots

Aye, some of these will i keep for HQ. But i need alot of paint stripper! Never seen a collection so unloved.

I have I have some old hq minis that I soaked in simple green for a week and scrubbed to death with a tooth brush that I still cant get down to bare plastic. It was some kind of metallic blue and purple enamel that they must have been dipped into cause the paint was 1/8" thick in places so it could be worse but those definitely don't look good I think those grenadier wolves you got may have been from a chariot set but it was hard to tell from your pics
