What I am working on today … tracking down what resources still exist. Ideal would be svg of all the map icons and as much other requisite artwork as I can find. I don't know if it's wise to try and pick up the "revised" project we had back in the day with Hasbro reprinting the game this year, but if we skip the actual trademarked names now that Hasbro appears to be picking it up again, but we all preferred our German-style boards and expanded quests and rules anyway—build it as a fan work for the new reprint and they're likely to leave it alone. Go the extra step of trying to make it a complete replacement for the original OOP (and really expensive now) game and it's likely to meet with objections.

I _do_ intend the result to allow people who don't own the original game the chance to get into it. If we can determine which minis Hasbro is using and where to source them from Hasbro, that's fine even if just for expansion purposes.

You can find the SVG's on my google drive

https://drive.google.com/file/d/17QUhlf ... sp=sharing

I once made SVG's of all the icons for an online Heroscribe version but never finished the software

German style is the normal Black-and-White EU map style I guess

Babyrhino / Laszlo is working again...

The task he has:

Anderas wrote:Imagine all the figurines have fought all the day on the board, to make the kids happy, and when the day is over, they meet in Ye Olde Inn to have a beer together. Or five.

Could be "What happens in the game box when the players don't watch, stays in the game box" :-)
First draft he gave me:

Fantastic! Love it... ;)

I haven't worked on HQ in awhile. I should say I was going through my cards the other day and realized I had forgotten something. It never fails... I make up a batch of custom cards to gift to a friend or family member and I like them so much I start thinking of them as "my cards." Then I'm looking for "my cards" and discover that I gave them away and sheepishly log back in to my account to order a duplicate set for myself. Like many others I have a pile of extra minis still in the packages and sitting on my shelf, without a good home yet. I have plenty of paint, but I took a break from last time.

Many project ideas still in the works... but this was the last thing I cranked out, not super impressive like that sketch above, but it was fun at the time. Tokens for mercenaries, ATOH chaos spells, and for elite monsters (the Zargon coin).

Laszlo is great! He is very dynamic with his drawings.
