[Reveal] Spoiler: offensive text warning
A man get his pregnant wife to the delivery room.
The doctor gets the baby out, then proceeds to kick it around like a football, punching it using his fists, spitting on it, electrocuting it with a floor lamp,
and the father reacts astonished: "what the hell are you doing?"
doctor goes: "calm down, it was already dead".

Really?
It's words, clearly grammatically and semantically accumulated into a succession of sentences telling a story that serves the sole purpose of testing the recipient's level of humor, which in this case is "staying unattached to what's going on in the joke".
Where do you draw the line of remaining unattached? Do you imagine this really happening? And in what jokes do you not, so that they are still funny even though what's happening is horrible like here? There's a fine line, but trying to define it is futile and should be done by everyone for themselves.

For me, tasoe's joke is valid as what it's trying to be and I have to chuckle. Here's why: it will never happen anywhere in reality. At least I prefer to think so.
Just food for thought, this.

Made me chuckle. But I have a sense of humour that ranges from light and cheesy to dark and shadowy.

I thought it was funny, but my sense of humor is severely warped.

That's right. But even if it does, the people who laughed at the joke would probably get creeped out by that kind of social behaviour.
Jokes of that kind can be said amongst normal people.
It's not like I hear of a new dead baby joke, and rush over to a real baby murderer going "oh man, this is right up your alley, listen to this".
