If only 3D dungeons didn't take up so much space and were easier to move figures around in I would jump at it like a shark in a pet store!
Even unpainted and just randomly placed together it still looks spectacular!

I'm sorry but I just conceived of a shark inside of a random pet shop suffocating from the lack of water. Not much jumping, mostly thrashing and gulping for water. I'll agree that they take up a lot of room but small stuff like the furniture is what I'm wanting. Since I magnetize everything I can stack them into my plastic tub on sheets and then remove them and grab what I want. Hoping to make some sort of instructional on it If I can ever get to formally planning my idea out.

I assume you're going to gift a set to each member in the forum that has over 375 posts.

Goblin King wrote:Sorry buddy, 1000 posts minimum.

myself wrote:That would exclude myself. Though of course I don't need gift minis of my own, It would be stange to set a condition that I don't meet. And no - as much as would like to give them away for free for forum members, I'm really not that rich.

Well, I'm still struggling with the printshop to get those arms done - probably will have to 3D print a master mould to make moulds for old style pewter casting...
But the arms are not all I have to offer.

So, there are good news: I have my online shop up and running - not finished as I would like it, but functional:
http://www.fantasy-miniatures.com/Shop/catalog
(it's still a bit muddled - you can find the catalog of items at the left side sub "categories")
So I can take orders. And while I can't afford to give away miniatures as gifts on a general basis, I will grant each member of the Inn who has over 375 posts a 20% discount. Why 375? Well, I can't take the risk that random people create an account at the inn just to get the discount. Tasoe suggested (by joke) a minimum of 375, which is just as good as any number, so why not?
I have no discount system implemented in the shop by now, so just send me a PN if you are interested, and I will refound 20% of the payment via Paypal.
Have a look ;)

many thanks!
It's by no means empty - I've got three skeletons and two parts of dungeon decos.

Next thing to do is a certain SkiFi figure - a guy who writes and publishes a small but nice skifi skirmishing game (I won't give names here without asking him first) asked me to make figures for him. He has connections to a professional pewter casting company, so if this deal works well, it could be very useful for my own fantasy figures. For this reason it may take a while before I contiue the fantasy line.

How much time I can put into the project of course depends on how much money it earns. The more orders I get now, the faster the store will fill
Have a look ;)

I only said the 375 thing as a joke!
Anyway, this is a pretty generous gesture on your behalf for the regulars of this forum.
The site looks nice by the way. Simple layout and easy to navigate through.
Oh, and the backbone pun is really funny!

Ok Ivenbach - just for you, here's the progress I made on the Dwarf last night

1) I did a thin undercoat of black, then I painted my base colours - I try to leave a small amount of black showing between each colour area if possible
Image

2) Liberally apply GW's "Agrax Earthshade" wash and wait for it to dry
Image

Next steps will be to start going back over the model with a very slighly thinned base coat, then working up the highlights
