The tiles are glued onto 6mm MDF. So no hole was dug. The centre was left bare MDF which i artexed directly onto. Heres the painted result.

I know this isn't HQ but I felt like posting it anyways.

I needed a bench in the kitchen and my girlfriend wanted to buy one, I told her no I'll build one.

So I took this lumber and made this bench with it, I just need to sand and stain it now.

That's a cool one!
My wife had a knack for one where you could open the top, in order to store (even more) stuff inside.

Most definitely would be worth it. Your minis look amazing and there are some here (like me) who never got to play Warhammer Quest and would like to hear from those who did.

part of the adventure... "i've never played the game!"

and wasnt prepared to pay 200 to 300 quid for a second hand copy. yup it may end up costing me more to make my own version. but its spread over a longer period of time and will ultimately be 'my' warhammer quest.
i'll set up a little post over at the warhammer quest section and get the ball rolling |_P

I admire so much people that is able to do such kind of stuff on their own! I never tried and probably will never (need space, time and practice...)! Good job.

The fact that you’re building your own version is even more interesting. Good luck and keep us updated on the thread.
