That white primer could be GWs old smelly primer.
You brushed it on and it reall was rubbish for a nice even base.

Dettol will sort that out for you or the Greek equivalent.

On my desk at the moment.
A single piece of furniture...... a Necromancers desk/altar.

To do......round about 20 or so minis based and primed.
Plus the exchange mini.

(And a load and I mean a LOAD of new pieces if furniture)

patience, my young padawan, patience :P

It's probably "primed", but as I use primer, I thought it was primered. We say that in Holland in our Americanized Dutch for words we don't have in Dutch.

They are from Tower of the Wizard King, a 1993 Parkerbrothers boardgame. I read the rules and ran it for my sister's kids--meh.

Just spent my entire sunday afternoon painting! yay!
I've nearly finished my 2 crossbow orcs and the exchange mini. Only need to add some quickshade here and there, let that dry, and then matte varnish them. (edit: quickshading done).
I've also managed to rebase 3 out of 4 of the D&D boardgame minis onto HQ bases, including the Elf that's already in use in my HQ games. So she'll finally have a suitable base! Just need to paint the base when the milliput is dry.
I've also milliputted the bases of my DragonStrike minis.

Yesterday we were at my parents in law to celebrate my mother in law's birthday. We had a nice lunch with applepie, then we played a game of HeroQuest (dungeon report to follow soon on the blog!), had dinner and then we watched a movie.

So my weekend was great! I've got a splitting headache now though :( and I cut my thumb with my scalpel while cutting Lidda off of her old base lol. You have NO idea how much you need your opposable thumb. :P small cut fortunately, so I'll live.

They look super soft on the details, personally I wouldn't try painting any as character pieces, however on those sculpted plinth like bases, I do think they would paint up as excellent statues of heroes and monsters past.
