Unknown Mini

I picked this up from a box at my local hobby store for $0.50 and saved the package. Sadly this was the only one and I couldn't get more of him. I can't find the packaging any more and wanted to know if anyone knew what this mini is or what line it's from. The more I look at it while painting the more I want 6-10 more to make my own flying fiend group.

Thanks. I found the base that it was supposed to go onto ironically while I was digging my school bag for my book I'm reading. I just wish they were cheaper
