THE MIGHTY CANNON Imperial Artillery Any army or garrison of the Empire could reasonably have cannons but the great city of Nuln is famous for it's cannon forges and artillery school, if not a unit from Nuln, the Mighty Cannon was at least most likely forged there.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to locate Innesdorf, home of the Imperial Reinforcements led by Lord Ensgore.

Reikland is the most important and richest Imperial Electoral Province in The Empire. Reikland is the seat of the Capitol for most of the Empire's history and it holds the largest populations. It is situated in the Southwestern Empire along the Black Mountains. Reikland was one of the provinces created at the founding of the Empire during the reign of its first emperor, Sigmar Heldenhammer. Indeed, in the eyes of the Imperial citizenry, the territories of the Reikland are considered the heartland of the Empire culturally, politically, economically, religiously and in every other way that matters. The Reikwald is a large forest covering a good portion of the province.
The Reikslanderguard, pride of the province's state army and the most powerful and prestigious regiment in the Empire, are the bodyguard of the Emperor himself. The Emperor is able to provide the finest equipment and training available for his own state army; as a result, the armies of Reiksguard are said to be the most disciplined troops in the Empire. They are famous for their precise coordination and their steady resolve: few foes can perturb the valiant men of Reikland.
The LORD KNIGHTS of the Empire and Baron Delborne's IMPERIAL KNIGHTS of Reikland are most likely part of the Emperor's own troops and could be situated anywhere in the province itself but most likely are based either in Altdorf, Nuln or one of the many surrounding castles.
The Knights of the White Wolf are based in the city of Middenheim, far to the North of Altdorf. Duke Blitzein's IMPERIAL KNIGHTS, the Knights of the White Wolf are from Middenland.
The Knights Panther, are a secular Knightly Order of the Empire dedicated to the eradication of mutants and Chaos worshippers alike. The Knights Panther are headquartered in a stout fortress built in the modern style, just a few miles from the city of Carroburg. From here, Grand Master Baron Heinrich von Torlichhelm oversees a dozen or more chapter houses scattered mainly across Reikland and Middenland. Our Prince Normand's IMPERIAL KNIGHTS of the Knights Panther are from one of the chapter houses in Reikland.
The City of Altdorf, the City of Spires, the largest city in the Empire (and future capitol of Emperor Karl Franz ruler from 2502-2526 IC) has an estimated population of over a million and a garrison of 1,800 troops with 26,000 militia. It is a bustling city with a substantial community of merchants, adventurers, mercenaries and fortune seekers from all across the Old World. Altdorf stands astride the confluence of the Rivers Reik and Talabec, and is renowned for the numerous bridges that traverse these waterways. The capitol of the Empire has moved back and forth from Altdorf to Nuln and back more than a few times.
MEN-AT-ARMS of Altdorfthe Altdorf Guards, and Melgar's CROSSBOWMEN the Altdorf Crossbowmen muster from Altdorf.
Bögenhafen is a prosperous market center with a population of roughly 5,000. It sits astride the River Bögen, at the highest point of the river that is still navigable by large sailing vessels. It is also about midway between Altdorf and Montfort on the Axe Bite Pass trade route. Goods from Altdorf, Marienburg, and Nuln come to Bögenhafen by river and are traded for local wool and wine. Lead and silver are brought down from the mountains and then shipped here for distribution to all parts of the Empire. It has been the setting of campaigns and adventures supplements in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay.
Curiously the IMPERIAL ARCHERS of Bogenhaffen (Bogenhaffen Archers in the European version) have a spelling variation of the city name in Battle Masters Board game.
The town of Grunburg is a merchant town of 2,400 people along the river Reik with a ferry system. Boat building is the major trade. Grunburg is situated between Altdorf, , and Nuln, the second largest city and then capital city of Emperor Magnus von Bildhofen, the Prince of Nuln, known as Magnus the Pious who reigned during the years 2304-2369 on the Imperial Calendar, just after the Great Chaos War and during what we believe to be the timeframe of HeroQuest (2304-2335 IC.) Magnus proceeded to purge the lands of the Empire of the taint of Chaos and the anarchy of bandits, greenskins, and Beastmen that remained for several years after the end of the Great War.
It was one of the towns where Magnus the Pious marched to form his vast army, who repelled the largest Chaos invasion
known as the Great War against Chaos in 2302-2303. The open fields Southeast of Grunburg are known locally as the Battle Plains, and were the locale of the Battle of Grunburg during the siege of Altdorf by the Greenskin Waaagh! Gorbad
between 1707 and 1712 IC. This devastating incursion deep into the The Empire by greenskin hordes
from the Badlands (one of the largest in history) came across the Blackfire Pass of the Black Mountains, sacked Nuln and devastated the Moot and proceeded towards Altdorf. A large Imperial army under the Count of Wissenland was defeated at the Battle of Grunberg just south of Altdorf. The emperor Sigismund IV the Prince of Altdorf (ca.1695-1712), was slain during the siege of Altdorf by a Wyvern commanded by the Greenskins' Orc Wyvern Riders. According to BattleMasters it is the provincial capital, although this is extremely unlikely as Altdorf is a much larger city and the capital of Reikland Province, and often the Capital proper of the Empire itself.MEN-AT-ARMS of Grunburg the Reik Guard, MEN-AT-ARMS of Reikwald the Grunburg Imperial Halbardiers, and
IMPERIAL ARCHERS of Grunburg the Yeomen Archers of Grunburg all are garrisoned in this town.
The UK version of the Battle Masters sometimes has slightly different text shown in Italics:
The Chaos army of Gorefist the Destroyer approaches from the South. The Battle of the Borderlands must take place at the edge of the Grey Mountains and the border of Reikland.
Gorefist the Chaos Destroyer has sent his Chaos army across the border to destroy everything in its path. An Imperial Army is being assembled by the Grand Duke Ferdinand, one of the Empire's most decorated commanders. The Chaos army must be prevented from reaching and capturing one of the border watch towers which will give Gorefist a firm foothold in the Reikwald. The task of stopping Gorefist's Chaos army has fallen to you.

Battle of the River Tengen lies to the Southeast of the great forests of the Reikwald. (US version spells it Tengin.)
Gorefist's Chaos Horde has broken through the Borderlands and has reached the River Tengen, the last great obstacle. Once across the river, they will be into the heartland of the Reikwald and only a day's march from Grunburg, the provincial capital. The forces of Chaos must not be allowed to cross the Tengen
Battle on the Road to Grunburg lies on the way to that town.
Gorefist's Army has crossed the River Tengen.(and smashed the Grand Duke Fredinand's army.) The Chaos Horde is marching hard to Grunburg before fresh Imperial forces can be called up from Altdorf, the Imperial Capital. There is no time to organize a battle plan. As soon as Imperial forces arrive, they must be thrown into battle.
Battle of the Plains located on the Battle Plains southeast of Gruneburg
Grunburg has fallen. The gates to the city have been treacherously left open by Chaos spies within the city. An Imperial army has been sent to avenge to loss of the city and Gorefist's Chaos army (Gorefist) has marched to meet them. As they deploy for action, a heavy fog rises from the River Reik, completely obscuring the field of battle. As the fog clears. the two armies find themselves facing each other across the plains of Reikwald.
Battle of Altdorf
The Campaign has reached its conclusion: Gorefist and his army (Gorefist's army) stand before the gates of Altdorf, the Imperial Capital. All of the remaining Imperial forces have been called to the city's defense. The fate of the Empire rests on the outcome of this battle.
