So after seeing a few talented people I thought I'd do the same...
That led to tables, chests, etc. being recreated with real boards and sculpting bits and pieces from milliput, green stuff, and tiny rocks mixed with PVA, some spray painting and washing... And a lot of work still left to do :-)

I'm thinking of printing a copy of the picture from the original cardboard fireplace, framing it, and mounting it in its proper place... Or maybe running it through a sepia filter or something before printing ;-) Continuously getting tips on different furniture pages like <spam link removed>. I hope to find time in the near future to work on these.
