You can buy the Game System, Kellar's Keep & Return of the Witch Lord remake editions in retail (many shops offer them now, at least online... I am NOT talking about scalpers on ebay, ignore them!).

Two quests were released for free (Rogar's Hall and Forsaken Tunnels) that are not part of any other quest book.

The Guardian Knights were a "limited release" but people are still waiting on their "pre-orders" from the end of last November.

The other material, we have no official word on, and most presume you can only get them from re-sellers now (the three pledge exclusive quest books, the alternate minis including Joe's dragon and the extra tiles for his quest book).

If you're looking for someone who has scanned everything and 3d printed everything and is going to give it to you for free, that sort of thing has been clamped down on this forum for fear that Hasbro's legal team will come breathing down our necks and threaten fan communities like this with closure.

RE:Scans, not talking about 3d printing stuff - was wondering is anyone had started up scanning paper contents (quest books & Cards etc) for archiving. I'll be grabbing everything that's been released (scalping prices or not)

Pretty much any HQ related question you can get answered here first!

I'm pretty sure it's all out there, just that we're not sharing that here for the reasons already stated above. Otherwise you'd see a big link saying "download everything here!"

I hope they re-release it for the whole world, but again, nothing from Hasbro or Avalon Hill about this. They've only talked about releasing new stuff and other remade stuff (the Frozen Horror remake is all but confirmed for sometime this year).

Glad to hear, and I hope you find it worth it!

I should also mention that Hasbro has had (mostly) black & white scans (more like old school photocopies) of the instruction booklet and quest books for the NA adventures available online for a long time... first on their customer care page now you have to do a bit of looking but can find them through internet searches (game system, kk, rotwl, EQP, BQP) showing what the classic editions looked like from back in the day (and how little has changed really).

PS: Remake's Rulebook and the quest books for the Game System and Kellar's Keep (but strangely, not yet Return of the Witch Lord) have also been officially released in high quality for printing at the official site(s) (see Avalon Hill's product pages).

Hey Kurgan, I was one of the earliest scanners of the original material in the late 90's/early 2000's so am well aware of the classic material

And yep, already onto the remake PDF's - easy way for extracting vector graphics of the new monster icons & other bits.

Guts me about the stock situation around "Commander of the Guardian Knights" and then you see this dick reselling 6 of them so far:

Well, Avalon Hill DID ask that we report to them when we see them being sold for more than the MSRP... just because it isn't a big "store" doesn't mean you can't send them that info.

When the time comes for me to work on the Mythic exclusives … I'll be making sure there's enough there people can make compatible tiles and proxy other minis. That won't provide you with the exclusive quests or anything, but it'll be enough for homebrewing new quests. We want to definitely send the message that we're thrilled they're going to reproduce the original expansions, but we absolutely want new content, and not stuff that is limited or exclusive so that it's basically unobtanium in six months.
