I made swords from Styrene. That works.
Either you take .5mm styrene, then you glue two or three layers to the rough shape, then you file down to the exact shape.
Or you take a sheet of 1mm styrene or even fatter, and file directly down. The second option is faster but less beautiful. :)

Easiest is Thantos for sure!
