I second that. It's better for someone to get theirs late than be the only person that didn't get one. Also, if you send it late people will be more inclined to let you participate in future exchanges.

But no one is actually missing a mini from bleugh because he was not considered for the draw as he didn't reply in time.
Everyone got their Secret Santa assigned from the people who replied in time.
