That is an insane eBay story. Are you able to open your own seller's claim against the buyer showing proof the item was delivered? A fresh claim might do the trick.

That story sucks and I agree. I have been on the other end of a situation like that and I arranged to send the money to the seller's paypal after it was clear the product did arrive as promised, regardless of how it reflected on Ebay. It's the right thing to do!
