Seriously though, ten is quite low and is quite a drop off from previous years.
The board seems quiet compared to HQ groups on Facebook . I don’t get it really, as the content here is probably better. As an example I was browsing some HQ Facebook threads over the last few days (using my wife’s account as I don’t have one), and someone was thinking about converting the Heroquest books into quests. If they were a member here they would see that that is already well under way over in the Guild.
Another thread there was about how the Dark Company doesn’t really work due to the multiple boards/clearing one board problem. If they had come here they would see that I already fixed this problem with a reconfiguration earlier this year.
There are scores of other examples of people there pining for stuff that has been here for years and years. Those guys really need to get over here and join the party.

That’s a good point about the world situation. It’s having an effect on almost everything, big and small.

10 is a good number. it is better than 9 but not as good as 11.... Ha. I am glad for the exchange is going on this year and keeping the tradition alive.
What we need to do is really hype it up this year so that next year it gets blown out of the water!

yes, there's full of recruit!! Also still people posting "do you know there will be a new HeroQuest?" And other asking "where can I see it?"
But ok... let's go back in topic and try make this Christmas even more epic!

Just finished the mini! Going to wait until I have a bit of daylight to see if it needs any more work, but I’m pretty pleased with it.

Well. There’s also the side situation that some folks didn’t end up on the board until after the end of September. (Or aren’t FB members.) Seeing the miniatures would be pretty cool.
It’s always nice to see painted up models.
